Our Preservation Process

YOUR BLOOMS AS HEIRLOOMS.

  • Step 1: Get on our calendar.

    Build your frame by choosing size, finish, design style, and orientation in our website shop. After you complete your purchase, we are notified and you are on our calendar!

  • Step 2: Get your flowers to us.

    Flowers can be dropped off locally to us at our studio in Commerce Township. Flowers can also be shipped to us. You will receive instructions for both options in your order confirmation email. Flowers must be to us 1-5 days after your event.

  • Step 3: Preservation by pressing.

    After we receive your flowers, we press them in our wood presses, layered with paper and chipboard. Moisture is removed from your flowers as the preservation process naturally takes place. For the first week, we watch them closely and change paper often. They will stay in our presses for about 8 weeks.

  • Step 4: Delivery

    Once your flowers are out of our presses, you will be notified via email. Your custom frame and UV protected acrylic will be prepared for your floral design. Once your design is completed and framed, you will be notified that your heirloom piece is ready for pick up at our studio. If you would like your order shipped, we can invoice you for shipping costs.
